Parish Profile

The community in which Huyton Parish Church is set is large and complex. It has a population of just over 15,000 living in approximately 6,000 households. Over 35% of the population fall between the ages of 30 and 60 years of age. Although there are three very large housing estates originally owned by the local authority, over 75% of the households are now owner occupied and only 15% of the remainder are in the hands of the Local Authority. Central to the parish is Huyton Town Centre which houses a huge number of offices and shops, the largest being Asda. More : location-location.pdf

There are excellent bus and rail links and the added advantage of being close to the motorway system wedged as the parish is between the M57 and M 62 means that residents can travel to almost anywhere. More: hpc-profile-maps.pdf
